Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. BAYT NUBA is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees incurred during the shipping process.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

BAYT NUBA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed to the courier and tracking has been provided, BAYT NUBA is not responsible for courier-related losses.

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps
