All products are subject to availability.

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 3-5 working days

• International: 7-10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. BAYT NUBA does not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

4. Sizing & Custom Orders

Our thobes are available in sizes XS–L, with select designs available in XL.

Refer to sizing chart to choose the correct size.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the craftsmanship and limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns.

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

BAYT NUBA reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

6. Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

BAYT NUBA is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees nor can BAYT NUBA predict them.

7. Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each garment.

BAYT NUBA is not liable for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or handling of products.

8. Olive Tree Initiative

For every thobe purchased, BAYT NUBA plants one olive tree through a partnered charitable organisation.

While BAYT NUBA commits to funding the planting of the tree, we are not responsible for the independent operations or performance of third-party charitable organisations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, embroidery patterns, text, images, logos, branding, and graphics, is the property of BAYT NUBA.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.
